- Instant WhatsApp Interception: In under 5 seconds, an interactive Meta-approved utility template is delivered to the customer's WhatsApp.
- Customer Resolution: The customer taps a self-service option: Reschedule for Tomorrow, Share GPS Pin, or Cancel Order.
