2. How to Retrieve Your Delhivery API Token & Client Name

You need two pieces of credentials from your official Delhivery corporate portal:

1. Production API Token

Found inside Delhivery One > Settings > API Tokens (starts with Token ...). Allows ZeroRTO to authenticate updates.

2. Client Warehouse Name

Your registered warehouse or client identifier code (e.g. BRAND_DELHIVERY_MUMBAI) registered with your account manager.

  1. Log in to your corporate Delhivery One Console.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Settings > API Tokens.
  3. Copy your Production API Token.
  4. Note down your Warehouse / Client Name from the Pickup Locations section.

3. Exactly Where to Paste in the ZeroRTO Plugin

Open your WordPress Admin > click ZeroRTO > open the Courier Networks tab:

4. Register Webhook with Delhivery

Delhivery supports real-time package status pushing via webhooks:

  1. Log in to your Delhivery One developer console or contact your corporate account manager.
  2. Request to register your store's dedicated endpoint for NDR / Undelivered events.
  3. Provide your store endpoint URL: https://yourstore.com/wp-json/rescuedrop/v1/courier-webhook/delhivery.
  4. Once active, whenever a Delhivery rider marks an attempt as Customer Unreachable or Door Closed, ZeroRTO receives the event in under 2 seconds!

5. How ZeroRTO Pushes Actions to Delhivery Direct

When a customer responds on WhatsApp, ZeroRTO executes an instant POST to https://track.delhivery.com/api/p/update:

Signal: RE-ATTEMPT
📅 Re-attempt Scheduled

ZeroRTO transmits act: RE-ATTEMPT with timestamp. The rider's delivery manifest is automatically refreshed for tomorrow.

Signal: EDIT_ADDRESS
📍 Address & GPS Location

Passes updated delivery landmarks or coordinates to Delhivery's add parameter, ensuring accurate re-delivery.

Signal: RTO
❌ Immediate Parcel Return

Transmits act: RTO to Delhivery immediately, returning the shipment to your warehouse and halting penalty charges.
